Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Assistants for the upcoming winter season. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your hospitality skills will be fully utilised in a dynamic and engaging environment.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of hospitality within our bar and restaurant. You will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring efficient and attentive service at all times.
Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, attentive, and exceptional customer service at all times
Prepare food and beverages to a consistently high standard
Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings, and confidently communicate these to guests
Stay informed about local events, services, and the Niseko area to provide tailored recommendations
Accurately process transactions using a POS system and cash register
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue that meets the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
Build genuine rapport with guests, creating a welcoming, memorable experience
Actively promote products and services from our sister companies
Required Skills & Experience:
Applicants must be over the age of 20 to serve alcohol in Japan
Proven experience in the hospitality sector, with a strong track record of exceptional service
Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently interacting with customers in any situation
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail
A passion for travel, winter sports, and exploring new destinations
Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
Must have, or be eligible for, a working holiday visa
Benefits:
¥15,000 Staff Accommodation - just 5 minutes drive from the resort - staff car will be available under strict rules.
Full-time Employment, Including Paid Training - Work with us from December 1st, 2026 to February 25th, 2027, with the possibility of extending your contract depending on availability and performance.
Competitive Pay - Earn ¥1300 per hour with an estimated 30 - 35 hours per week - ensuring a solid income while you enjoy life in Niseko.
