Locations

Offering two locations with drastically different experiences. Niseko is the heart of Hokkaido’s winter scene—vibrant, international, and buzzing with energy. Working here means being part of a fast-paced hospitality environment with a lively après-ski culture. On your days off, you’ll enjoy access to some of the best powder skiing in the world across four interconnected resorts but you can expect a few lift lines.

Rusutsu offers a more laid-back, ski-centric experience. The work environment is quieter and more relaxed, ideal for those who want to focus on skiing and soaking up nature and culture without the distractions of a party scene. The resort is known for its uncrowded slopes, deep powder, and tree runs and is perfect for serious riders and those looking for a more peaceful winter season.
