Guest Services (Rusutsu)

As a part of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests and ensuring that everything runs smoothly during their stay - from before their arrival to after their check out.

Our ideal candidate must be willing to learn about the area, restaurants and activities and be able to deal with customer complaints effectively as they arise.

• Pre-arrival room set up and post-departure checks
• Offering general information to guests about the local area, activities and restaurants
• Meet and greet guest arriving at the bus / train stations and transfer them to their accommodation
• Coordinating to pick-up and drop-off of guests when required
• Reporting any maintenance issues
• General guest relations and helping resolve customer complaints
• Manning reception desk throughout the day
• Assisting reservations staff with managing incoming guest requests
• Daily Room cleans

• Pro-active team player
• Willing to work some early mornings and some late nights
• Ability to think quickly and react to situations accordingly
• Love snow!
• Must hold an International Driving Licence valid in Japan
• Must have or be eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa

• Competitive hourly rate (subject to experience)
• 2 days off each week, based on a weekly schedule
