Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Team Leader for the upcoming winter season.
In this role, you will lead and support the housekeeping team in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards that define the Niseko Portfolio experience. Your leadership will be key in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering a consistently high-quality stay for all guests.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across your assigned site
Lead, train, and support seasonal housekeeping staff
Monitor checklists to maintain consistency in cleanliness and presentation
Perform thorough cleaning of guest accommodations, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure all properties meet company standards
Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to relevant departments
Prepare guest rooms to ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in experience
Respond to guest requests, including amenities, linen, and in-room needs
Maintain cleaning equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Support broader operations and complete additional duties as required by management
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping is essential
Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Proven commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (especially Japanese) are an asset
Enthusiasm for travel, outdoor activities, and discovering new destinations
Possession of a valid International Driver's License
Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday Visa

¥15,000 Staff Accommodation - Located in the Niseko area
Full-time Employment, Including Paid Training - Work with us from November 15th, 2026 to March 31st, 2027, with the possibility of extending your contract depending on availability and performance.
