Guest Services Supervisor - All Year Round position - Rusutsu based

We're looking for that person who uses his or her curiosity and attentiveness to every encounter every day. This person acts as an ambassador with our guests when they arrive at one of our establishments.

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and ensuring that standards are maintained for the positions under his/her supervision, i.e. Customer Service, Night Audition, Concierge and with the drivers team.

• Be a resource person for the team in charge of complaint management
• Be a resource person for the team in charge of POS and all other computer systems.
  
• Responsible for managing any problems in the absence of the Guest Services Manager
  
• Ensures the smooth running of operations

• Performs administrative tasks
• Be a part of the team regarding day to day operations, check-in guests and answer any requests from the guests

• Prior experience in hotel and Hospitality industry
• Min 5 years of working experience
• Independent thinker and problem solver
• Diploma in hospitality an asset
• English and Japanese languages (other languages preferable)
• Must hold a D Class driving license or international equivalent
• Must be eligible to work in Japan (sponsorship available)
