Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual to join our team as Evening Front Desk & Driver for the upcoming winter season at Niseko Portfolio. In this vital evening role, you will be responsible for preparing documentation related to guest movements and supporting the Guest Services team with accurate, end-of-day reporting.
As the main point of contact during evening hours, the Evening Front Desk & Driver will also handle any guest emergencies, ensuring a calm, professional, and efficient response at all times. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and delivering a high standard of service throughout the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evening driving services for guests, ensuring safe and timely transportation
Handle evening guest check-ins and check-outs with attention to detail and efficiency
Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and manage guest-related issues during evening hours
Organize and manage driving schedules for evening transport needs
Prepare and organize check-in documents for the following day’s guest arrivals
Assist the Guest Services team with additional duties, such as fulfilling guest requests, providing concierge services, and performing basic maintenance tasks
Process payments and manage booking-related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Niseko Portfolio properties, as well as local attractions, events, and services, to offer expert recommendations to guests
Ensure the office area is kept clean and organized, including clearing snow from exits when needed
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills & Experience:
Valid International Driver’s License (category D) with a clean driving record
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the travel industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Essential willingness to work evening shifts and manage evening responsibilities
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, particularly Japanese, are an asset
Passion for travel, outdoor activities, and creating memorable guest experiences
Possession of a valid International Driver's License
Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday Visa

Full-time Employment, Including Paid Training - Work with us from December 1st, 2026 to February 25th, 2027, with the possibility of extending your contract depending on availability and performance.
