Niseko Portfolio is an innovative property management and holiday rental company operating a growing portfolio of accommodation in Niseko. We provide a variety of quality accommodation and hospitality services in boutique hotels, condominiums and holiday homes. We build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that all of our customers get the best out of their holiday.
We are currently seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Night Audit for the upcoming winter season. As a Night Audit at Niseko Portfolio, you will prepare documentation relating to guest movements for our Guest Services team the next day. The Night Audit will be the main point of contact for any guest emergencies which may arise during the night.

Organising driving schedules
Preparing and organising check-in documents
Assisting the Guest Services team with any additional duties such as guest requests, concierge or basic maintenance tasks
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Process payments and handle booking-related administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Niseko Portfolio offerings, as well as local attractions, events, and services, to provide expert recommendations and advice to guests
Ensuring the office is kept clean to a high standard, and snow is removed from exits
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail
Team player
Ability to work independently
Essential willingness to work late nights
Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese) are a plus
Passion for travel, outdoor recreation, and exploring new destinations
Valid International Driver's Licence
Must have or be eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa
Full-time and Part-time contracts are available
Seasonal employment with the opportunity for extension (Dec 1st, 2024 - March 1st / 15th, 2025)
Competitive hourly wage - ¥ 1600 per hour - Estimated 30 hours per week
Plenty of skiing/riding time available
50% Grand Hirafu - Hanazono Lift Pass value reimbursement upon completion of the contract and end-of-season performance review
Japan National Health Insurance coverage - deducted from salary
