Guest Service Agent - Seasonal (Spring/Summer & Winter)

We're looking for that person who uses his or her curiosity and attentiveness to every encounter every day. This person acts as an ambassador with our guests when they arrive at one of our establishments. The Guest Service Agent informs, greets, and helps generate personalized attention to ensure our guests have a memorable stay.

• Checking guests in and out of accommodation
• Guest relations and problem solving
• Providing guests with information about the accommodation and resort
• Managing guest arrivals and departures
• Dealing with in-house guest requests
• Managing guest emails pre arrival enquiries
• Booking services for guests eg. airport transfers.
• Concierge
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Well organised and good time management
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience in hotel and Hospitality industry
• Min 5 years of working experience
• Independent thinker and problem solver
• Ability to think quickly and react to situations accordingly
• English language (other languages preferable)
• Team player
• Must hold a D Class driving license or international equivalent
• Must be eligible to work in Japan (sponsorship available)

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
